Flutter by to say hi!

Hello once again today!

I wanted to share one more card which I made today. Finally I could try this awesome new (to me) stampset out! I saw so many great cards with it lately and finally found it in my Mail last week, eek!

Lawn Fawn - "Flutter by"

There are one and a billion possibilities with it and I chose to watercolor with Distress Inks :)
First of all, I put the stamps on my watercolor paper to look what could fit..

Then I used some Distress Inks to stamp it on the paper - in different colors!

At first, I colored the leafs green with "shabby shutters" and put some of the light color around the flowers to fill out the white hole.
Then I used "wild honey", "mustard seed",  "broken china", "tumbled glass", "tattered rose" and "barn door" for the flowers..

..stamped the beautiful butterfly with Memento "Tuxedo black" (great for Copics!) and colored it with my Copic Markers..

.. put some foam tape behind..

.. and gave the border a more Vintage look with some "antique linen".

Finally put some black cardstock behind my picture and let it all dry.

CAS today!

I think this set is so so so cute! I'm a bit sad that I haven't purchased the matching die set, but CAS is nice too from times to times! :)

Mama Elephant - "Bear hugs"

Participating at the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Clean and Simple":

Ella and her friends - tag alarm!

Hello again!
I just wanted to show a few more cards I made with one of the awesome new stampsets from Mama Elephant "Ella and friends". I made these cards in the last weeks, but didn't had the time to show them over here. The challenge I gave to myself was using tags! I die cut a few blank tags with the Lawn Fawn die cut and tried to use them on every card.

Say HELLO to Ella and her cute little friends!

As an addition I used the Lawn Fawn pattern paper "Beachside" and "Let's Polka" for the self made balloons (out of circle dies, haha) and for the background. The "happy birthday" sentiment on the bottom is one of the new Lawn Fawn dies and it's awesome!

I wanted to create a card without Ella this time. I stamped the bunny and the mouse on the tag and spontaneous decided on using some stars above them. I draw a night sky with Copics (holy crap! These markers bleed out faster than I thought) and gave the little bunny a candle to hold :)
Finding a matching sentiment was much more diffcult! But I think this one matches the card perfectly (from Mama Elephant "purrfect pair"). The pattern paper is from Avery Elle and Lawn Fawn.

On this card I used again Copics for the coloring and the new Lawn Fawn Inks "cranberry" and "wild rose" for the bubbles. The background is made out of pattern paper from Lawn Fawn and Avery Elle

This little hedgehog also wanted his own card. I colored him and his balloon with Copics and stamped some little stars (Wplus9 "Unforgettable") with a mint Hero Arts Shadow Ink. I put a white thread behind the tag and some sequins to embellish the scene a little. The pattern paper is again from Lawn Fawn (who doesn't love their pattern paper?!).

Shake it!

I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake...
This time a three window shaker card!
I used the sketch of the current  Lawnscaping Challenge to create my layout this time.
At first, I die cut the windows out of some neenah desert storm paper with Lawn Fawns stiched Rectangles. Then I glued three different pieces of the new beachside pattern paper behind on my card basis. After that, I put some matching sequins inside and some foam under the craft paper to mount it on the card.

After all, I stamped the hamster and its big wheel from "Wheelie like you" and die cut it out. Then I stamped the sentiment from this stampset on one of the "bannerific" banners and glued them all on the front of the card with some foam tape to get a dimensional look.

Unforgettable elephants

Elephants are so popular lately.. but who doesn't want to play with these cuties?
Here's a really monochrom card of Wplus9 "Unforgettable" stamps and therefore perfect for the matching Stempelküche Challenge.

I stamped them in Lawn Fawns new "Hippo" Ink and colored the middle elephant with my Spectrum Noir pencils.

Throwback Sunday

Hello again!

I was a little stressed lately and had no time to update the blog. And then there was Instagram which appeared when I needed a possibility to post my cards quick and easy.
Here are some of my projects from the last months:

The awesome new set "Three amigos" from Mama Elephant. I fell head over heels in love with it. There are so many possibilities to write down cute notes on the paper sheets in the hand of the critters!

Also important to mention: two of the new Lawn Fawn stamp sets! Aren't they cute??????

How awesome is this stampset??!!? These elephants from WPlus9 are just too cute! I don't had the chance to purchase the matching die cuts, but there are also so many ideas for one layer cards :)
